A lone GBH (Great Blue Heron) was patiently scouting the waters of a local river. It stoically waited for timeless minutes in the same position. It's patience was greater than mine, I had to leave. Then I saw a Fox Squirrel. He was bouncing across a field into the trees close by. Shortly after this encounter I was visited by several Eastern Bluebirds. They can be entertaining.
